The Great D.A.R.E.
The Great D.A.R.E. is an ambitious 2 year project createdby the minds behind Starry Night Productions.
Our goal: To create an artistic hub, venue, and third space in the heart of Downtown Denver. This will enable us to activate not only the venue, but the area around the space with workshops, live music, theatrical and circus performance offerings, and community building activities.
With a focus on interactive and immersive builds and productions, our space will become a magical world where guests can experience something extraordinary, adding excitement to the area and acting as a draw to locals and Denver visitors alike!
Project Impact
This project will impact Downtown in the following ways
Economic Impact - Increase spending, investment, and revenue generation downtown
Downtown - Based Job Creation - Influence permanent and temporary job creation and retention
Foot Traffic - Increase number of unique downtown visitors, residents, and employees
Building Utilization - Reduce building vacancies downtown
Economic Diversification - Impact on industry mix, building use mix, and the diversity of the downtown physical environment
Livability - Enhance or provide affordable community services and spaces, e.g., grocery, childcare, parks, gathering spaces, and other publicly accessible amenities
Vibrancy - Make downtown more active, accessible, and welcoming through design or activations that improve the look and feel of the site and area
